All our products are digital downloads (PDFs). Nothing is posted, and there are no delivery fees.

30-day money-back guarantee

Use the book. If you're not happy, email help@goodpawhappyhome.com within 30 days of purchase and ask for a full refund of your original payment. Include your order number or the email address you bought with, so we can find your order. You don't need to send anything back.

How refunds work

  • We process your request within 5 business days of receiving your email.
  • The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show in your account.
  • Add-on products bought with the order are refunded if you ask for them.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work or you didn't get the email, check your spam and promotions folders first. Then email help@goodpawhappyhome.com and we'll send it again.

Gebruik die boek. As jy nie tevrede is nie, stuur binne 30 dae ná aankoop ’n e-pos aan help@goodpawhappyhome.com en vra ’n volledige terugbetaling van jou aanvanklike betaling. Noem jou bestelnommer of die e-posadres waarmee jy gekoop het, sodat ons jou bestelling kan opspoor. Jy hoef niks terug te stuur nie.

Hoe terugbetalings werk

  • Ons verwerk jou versoek binne 5 werksdae nadat ons jou e-pos ontvang het.
  • Die geld word terugbetaal na dieselfde betaalmetode wat jy gebruik het. Afhangend van jou bank kan dit 5 tot 10 werksdae neem om in jou rekening te verskyn.
  • Bykomende produkte wat saam met die bestelling gekoop is, word terugbetaal as jy daarvoor vra.

Probleme met jou aflaai

As jou aflaaiskakel nie werk nie of jy nie die e-pos gekry het nie, kyk eers in jou strooipos- en promosievouers. Stuur dan ’n e-pos aan help@goodpawhappyhome.com en ons stuur dit weer vir jou.
