Delivery policy: digital delivery
All our products are digital downloads (PDFs, sometimes in a zip file). We don't send anything by post or courier, and there are no delivery fees.
How you receive your order
- As soon as your payment goes through, an email with your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- The download link also appears on the confirmation page after payment.
- The email usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam and promotions folders too.
Where we deliver
Because our products are digital, you can buy and download them from anywhere. You only need an internet connection to download them; after that you can read them offline or print them.
Problems with your download
Didn't get your email, or the link doesn't work? Email help@goodpawhappyhome.com with your order number or the email address you bought with, and we'll send it again.
Afleweringsbeleid: digitale aflewering
Al ons produkte is digitale aflaaie (PDF’s, soms in ’n zip-lêer). Ons stuur niks per pos of koerier nie, en daar is geen afleweringsfooie nie.
Hoe jy jou bestelling ontvang
- Sodra jou betaling deur is, word ’n e-pos met jou aflaaiskakel na die e-posadres gestuur wat jy by die betaalblad ingevul het.
- Die aflaaiskakel verskyn ook op die bevestigingsbladsy ná betaling.
- Gewoonlik kom die e-pos binne ’n paar minute. Kyk ook in jou strooipos- en promosievouers.
Waar ons aflewer
Omdat ons produkte digitaal is, kan jy dit van enige plek af koop en aflaai. Jy het net ’n internetverbinding nodig om dit af te laai; daarna kan jy dit vanlyn lees of uitdruk.
Probleme met jou aflaai
Het jy nie jou e-pos gekry nie, of werk die skakel nie? Stuur ’n e-pos aan help@goodpawhappyhome.com met jou bestelnommer of die e-posadres waarmee jy gekoop het, en ons stuur dit weer vir jou.
